I shared this experience with a colleague here who is also feeling this pain. See attached image.Īdditionally, in the Options box (for choosing HTML or plain text), I cannot change it from HTML - it looks like it is grayed out. I can remove these, but no user text will display below an invisible horizontal line (in the sand) where that bottom is. When I attempt to reply to some, the main body of the text field displays, in a column, the following: Activating the PIV-Auth (Authentication) Certificate (Adding the Certificate to the CAC) NOTE: You do NOT need to replace your CAC or visit a RAPIDS/DEERS (ID office) to complete this action. I can see my e-mail queue in all folders in OWA, but I cannot create an e-mail, nor reply/forward. CAC is the Coast Guards primary means for authentication to access unclassified networks, information systems, and applications. It does work through Chrome, but without IE11's ability to employ S/MIME for digital signatures and encryption/decryption. Now, OWA no longer works like it should in IE11. My OS is Windows10, so I use IE11 through Edge.Įverything was working fine until I received major updates from MS 17-19 March 17. I am in the same boat as many of these folks rely on OWA through IE11 in order to use S/MIME for digital signature and encryption/decryption capabilities, with authentication via Common Access Card (CAC).
